LEA is a community driven approach to childhood education and career development. Our focus on STEM Girls can compete successfully in the global economy when they can manage the increasing volume and complexity of information needed to make wise strategic decisions in a climate of continual change – that’s the 21st century competency LEA was designed to help girls acquire.
